Suggestion for the Participation and Killing Blow points

Some reasoning for a couple:
Reward points:
I think these are gained far too slowly compared to how easily and quickly they are spent. To add another way to get them, whilst not really taking away the difficulty for getting them would be great.
Skill points:
Adding the opportunity to gain an extra skill point or three would be great. More progression, something extra to aim for.
Renown:
Renown for Bosskilling/Participation fits nicely. I understand you want it to be for purchases only, but I have purchased and will purchase further credits. But I want a certain renown rank without everyone and their Grandmother knowing exactly how much I spend on a game.

Needed to elaborate on this a tad, the idea is to add another Shop in Town underneath Reward Points Store.
Entitled PP and KB Store, Premium Store or something similar.
This will house the below table. In exchange for PP or KB, you can gain certain things; listed below.

A new Quest mode:
Participation Points Quest
A certain amount, completes the quest.

The change should be made, that Participation Points should be given not for who dealt most damage, but those who have been fighting longest.
Someone joining 1 minute before the boss dies and taking 30% of the damage and taking all the Participation points, is just unfair to everyone.
The longer you are in the battle, the more Participation Points you should get.
As it stands, after testing several times; I get the EXACT same amount of PP for hitting the boss only once, and staying the entire 15 minutes.
As it stands, there is no point in me staying in the boss battle. I may as well hit it once, and go back to TSing as not to lose out.
Also, those who don't participate in Boss Battles, should not get the Triple gained from the boss.
