Okay, so, clan buildings aren't too far off and we'll probably see them in the next couple of weeks. So lets get some suggestions going for clan buildings.
Library - Pretty simple, increases exp gains by 5% per level. Max level is 20 to give a total of 100% exp boost. This does not affect TS exp. Bank - Increases gold gains by 10% per level. Max level is 20 to give a total of 200% gold boost. This is only from battles, of course. Training Barracks - Increases attribute drop rate by 5% per level. Max level is 20 to give a total of 100% attribute boost. Affects both battling and TSing. Opticians - Increases drop boost by 5% per level. Max level is 20 to give a total of 100% drop boost. Affects both battles and TSing. Quester - Increases quest boost by 7.5% per level. Max level is 20 to give a total of 150% quest boost. Affects both mob and TS quests. College - Increases tradeskill exp by 5% per level. Max level is 20 to give a total of 100% TS exp boost. *This could be changed to give bonus resources instead, but since we have a level skill and a mith skill for resources, I thought exp might be a good change*

Super unique...not sure why every single game in the universe with clans/guilds don't do this.

As an alternative to making the clan buildings for TS cost a lot, I've come up with something else. How about a clan TS level, much like the clan level, with leaders able to set a "tax" on clan TS exp. This exp levels up the clan (in TS form) and the "TS level" of the clan represents the level of boost (either to exp or resources) that those inside the clan get. Just a fun alternative

Sorry. I like my clan buildings idea better. Grumps are more streamlined and practical, even if yours are a little bit different ;P
