Now that gear has been made tier specific ( tier 1 can equip only tier 1) etc.. I'm not sure I understand the logic of allowing a someone of a lower tier purchase something from a higher tier in the market. For instance, a level 3 player purchasing a copper sword, or a level 12 player purchasing a copper (tier 3) sword.
This seemingly will lead to nothing but upset feelings of the newer players when they either make a mistake, get swindled or simply do not understand the rule of tier specific gear. Unscrupulous larger players may advertise their gear hoping to fool a newer player. Seems like nothing but bad comes from this. What if someone misclicks ?
I understand there needs to be some self responsibility, but expecting everyone to read and comprehend the rules to an online game just isn't reasonable. Perhaps it's a coding nightmare, I don't know.
I understand the rule but fear I will tire of watching public chat arguments and people quitting in a huff because they are upset.

May someone finds a good deal and buy it for later! We need to make it by tiers!

Stabzs has considered this. The idea is that if there is a good deal on an item that you want for later, you should be able to buy it. There will likely be some sort of disclaimer added to the market soon to prompt players to consider carefully what they are purchasing. This is a temporary fix - eventually the Market will be rewritten. Ideally it will be sortable later down the road.

The filtering has gone a long way to help people avoid the mistake. It still happens, but between the current state of the market and information on the wiki there's not enough of a justification to add this mechanic and limit people from making a purchase. Locking.
