Here's another suggestion that would require a totally new game mechanic. You're welcome Stabzs!
These would be random events that any player could put RP's into that would trigger random global events. Some base ideas:
15-60 minutes of global double/triple/quad 15-60 minutes of global 50-200% drop boost " " 25-100% attribute boost " " 100-500% xp/gold boost " " double drop on quest/kills (each drop would give 2 items, each kill would count as 2 kills)
The base cost could be pretty cheap and go up pretty drastically, so each day players could run about 3 events without having to pay TOO much RP's. Cost could reset at 00:00 server time every day.
So like Clan milestones? (Reach lvl 5 clan, lvl 10 clan, ... have a lvl 5 building, have all buildings at lvl 5, ...)? Which the leader / co-leader can spend in some store for clan stuff (stuff going straight into the clan)
1000 RP (or more?)= summons a random boss [RP summoned-boss] once a boss summoned by RP, no summoning can be allowed within 8 hours. basically, players can summon a boss 3x a day. Normal boss can still pawn though they will not spawn within 30 minutes after an rp - summoned boss.
These would work just like permanent ones but only last for 24-72 hours. Good for holiday themes and other times you may want a custom title temporarily but not want to spend 200 RP on making it a permanent one. I think 20 RP would be good for a temporary rank.
