An idea for the market, so it doesn't get super spammed with gear (50+ pages of weapons already -.-) is to implement some sort of tax on the item. If the item sells you get the money and tax back, if it doesn't sell, you lose the tax but get the item back (this of course would have to have a timelimit set on items on the market ie:30 days is a good time imo)
