As i said in chat, i have an idea about having hired hero system. I dunno as how good or interesting it sound, but...
So here the point. Hired hero system will give a player bot with level, who's auto kills mobs with time( not as fast as player, but non-less), the exp should be divided between player and HH. Amounts are not for me to decided so i'll leave it to stabz. All of earned gold goes to player, but any HH will ask for payment per hour, and some point if time will stop killing mobs. Again no numbers everything is just an idea, but i have some numbers in my head anyway ^_^. Amount of payment can be determent by how much HH kills in hour, which should be left for player to decide. Those are main points.
Number of HH to hire can be capped or not. Depends on that cost they have. It could be special skill or boost in the credit shop. HH level cannot be more then a players level, also any leveling of HH may ask for resources or mithril from player. As level grows HH can kill stronger monsters, that will benefit player more. If you like the idea i can write down more about it, but at the moment those are main points of it.
Also Sorry for any mistakes, its been awhile seens i used English and it got pretty dull.

I doubt this will ever be a thing. The idea of the game, is to keep people playing, with this, it removes the need for people to keep playing/come back every 5-30 minutes.

I like this idea, but with tradeskills instead of battling. Hire artisans to auto TS for x amount of time. That would help a lot with getting people into TSing more.
