Herb Gathering - on each attempt you have an even chance of finding one of say 5 herbs. Rosemarry, Corriander, Mint, Thyme, Sage (could be more)
Profession:
Alchemy - the alchemist can used these herbs to create potions, which offer a small temporary boost. ie, attack boost, evasion boost, xp boost, gold boost, etc etc etc.
The alchemist will need a laboratory, which would be similar to teh other buildings, in that you would need to level it up. At level 1-10 the Alchemist can make crude potions, that give a 0.5% increase to the chosen potion (ie attack boost 0.5%) for say 2.5 mins, at level 11-20 the alchemist can brew poor potions that give a 1% boost for 5 mins, and so on.
I am sure that there is a lot more that can be done with this, but it is just a thought.
