Alright ladies and gentlemen, tonight in chat I made the decision that I'll be doing push-ups for every decent drop I end up getting. With the help of some other folks in chat, we worked up the proper amount for each particular item. If you'd like to join me in this the amounts are listed below:
Boss Fight (after fight) - 20 push-ups
Giant Gold Source - 25 push-ups
Giant Mithril Source - 30 push-ups
Gem Drop - 40 push-ups
Epic Tier Equipment Drop - 45 push-ups
Global Credit Drop - 50 push-ups
Legendary Tier Equipment Drop - 55 push-ups
Pandora's Box - 75 push-ups
Milestone (Quest/Combat/Skill) - 2 push-ups per reward point earned. (i.e :: 10 reward points = 20 push-ups)
Level Up - 1 push-up per level
Now, you can substitute for push-ups. However, the stipulation is (and yes, I'm doing this too) you must double the number you have to do. I.e: you can do crunches instead but it's 40 instead of 20.
Also, during double/triple/quadruple times, you must do the corresponding amount more.
Good luck to you all. Hopefully we're all getting either fit as hell or not seeing any action at all.
EDIT: Added Milestone/Levelling amounts. Removed "Giant Gem Fragment Source." Added Epic/Legendary tier amounts.

is this still implemented? you would get a nice~~~ body doing this. Absolutely. If you're able to do it or you want to do it, you're more than welcome to do so. Little edits are still being made every so often just to polish things up but, for the most part, it's absolutely still going.

Shekki, I agree. These fools need to look up convict conditioning, an excellent body-weight routine that hits the six major muscle groups. I'm currently doing it six days a week, one day for each exercise, and it's killer. Not very time consuming, either. Each working set only takes a few minutes. Splits up the workouts into pushups (tris, pecs, front delts), pullups (upper back), bridges (lower back), squats (legs, duh), leg lifts (abs), and handstand pushups (shoulders/delts). It's ridiculous, but would recommend for anyone looking for a balanced body-weight routine.
