I get another useless message for a maxed TS when I complete a quest:
Of course, this happens way less often than the one which has been removed already (thanks Stabzs!)
You have completed your quest and received ... gold, ... mithril, ... credits, and 0 quarrying experience. Raise your quarrying expertise cap!
