Each Clan has City, we already have these "Clan Buildings" so perfect fit! I try make this very clear, but it's huge idea cause everything effect everything. I think we need revamp how clan buildings would work.

There, I just threw some numbers at it just so demonstrate. I think numbers, mechanics are all up to Stabzs and his mods. This is also huge thing to implement in game.. all that coding. But at I hope this is "unique" idea or at least start of it! Improve it any direction you want. Also, people leaderboard!
Edit: I supposed get mithril too in this, but missed it. I'll think it later once I get more feedback or so. Also as summary, I tried aim that each resources will be consumed about 1,000,000/week after a year of upgrading stuff.
Improving ideas:
- Use districts rather than Cities, in game we have Town already.
- Fixed tier based upkeep cost. Makes it all way more simple as in coding too.
City
- Each City is named Clan Name's City.
- City grows via resources.
- Growth is measured mainly via people but also clan buildings.
People
- On default, each city has population of 125.
- Each person consumes 3 foods daily, this will be drained from Clan's treasure.
- Each extra 25% more food what people consume per day, population grows +125 per day. (caps at +100%, +250 population).
- Example: Population of 1250 consumes 3,750 food, so to grow it +125 it needs 4,688 food.
- If there is not enough food for people, they will starve in 3 days, after that they start dying (caps at -50).
- Numbers needs some Admin work, with this rate in year you can have population of 45,750 and it consumes 137,250 food daily.. too much maybe.
- Clan bosses kills people, each minute population decreases by one. (2 hours of rampaging, means -120).
- This can be prevent by weapons of people what can be build via metal.
- Bosses can be delayed before they start killing, via building walls via stone.
- Bosses can be killed by players.
- Each boss have a chance give 125-625 people. (Free those people! Global announcement: "Clan Name's City has been invaded by a boss carrying cage of 375 people!" )
- More people lures more bosses (Boss spawn rate increases).
- People runs clan buildings, each build lvl requires 250 persons to run it full power 100%. Total of 2,500.
- Buildings can be powered 150% if there is 2 times people what it needs so, 5,000. This will also increase Clan boost +50%. (14% QH becomes 21%, 200% exp becomes 300%).
- If there is isn't any people, building runs at 50% power. Also boost will be 50% less.
- People runs clan buildings, each build lvl requires 250 persons to run it full power 100%. Total of 2,500.

- Food
- Point of food was covered earlier.
- Wood
- Is used to build homes for people, each new person needs a home, consumes 100 wood. +25 needs 2,500 wood. If there isn't enough wood for new homes, new people can't be used on buildings and doesn't attack bosses.
- People actually live, so they need repair those houses daily 3 wood per day. If there isn't wood, cost is taken from what it cost to build, so 100-3, when that reaches 1, they become homeless and useless.
- Metal
- Metal is used weapons to the city to fight bosses.
- Each 10th lvl of clan opens new tier to people. so +31 lvl clan gives T4. Each tier makes people kill boss faster, at T1 it takes 10 hours. Each tier is -30mins.
- Upgrading tier costs 500,000 metals*Tier
- Weapons gets rusty and used too, to prevent that it needs consumes Tier*People*0.5 daily.
- Stone
- Stone is used to build clan walls, that keeps clan bosses away.
- Each 10th lvl of clan opens new tier of wall defense. Each wall prevents bosses killing people by 10 mins. So +31 lvl, T4 clan wall can prevent it for 40 mins.
- Upgrading tier costs 500,000 stones*Tier
- Walls will get broken by bosses, completely destroyed wall can be repaired 100,000 stones*Tier
- And as always, walls need upkeep and bigger city needs more wall. Tier*(people/1000)*400
