Hows about you code in experience drops.
Something like "You've found a book of knowledge. After reading it you gain XYZ experience!"
Have them be rare like gold and such but they can range anywhere form 1% up to 10% of your current exp. By current exp, my meaning is the underlined:
91,674 / 243,000 (37.73%)
Thoughts?

I like the idea.
A suggested change: you find books to use those books where they go to your inventory to read them... also then they could be tradeable on the market.
Childrens Popup Book small(100exp)
School Book medium(500exp)
Encyclopedia large(750exp)
Combat Training Manual giant(1000exp)

I actually think this is a bit interesting. I certainly don't like the original suggestion as the EXP granted is vastly too much. Greg's suggestion is an improvement, but tying it into current drop schedules and market trading isn't that appealing either. I'll have to give this some additional thoughts. I'm more inclined to tie this into future features that don't involve battling or tradeskilling. I'm leaving this thread open for the time being.

Although a 1%-10% scaling is kind of ridiculous... I think they do need a little scaling to be at least somewhat relevant. Perhaps a linear scaling per level? That way the amounts wouldn't get too crazy and they would still be very much outpaced by the levelling requirements.
