And by that I mean the display, not the actual effect.
It's inconsistent and when people assume consistency they make wrong logical assumptions from watching the mithril skills.
For crit chance/damage/barkskin it actually means +100% chance/dmg/defence
For resilience it does mean 50% effect on normal monsters, yet 20% on bosses
For heroism/valour, it suddenly goes to 100% again, yet only gives 25%
Either every mithril skill should have a progress bar to 100%, or the actual values should be listed, but a mixed version as it is now, with resilience being inconsistent compared to heroism/valour, is very confusing to newer players.
