This was semi-fixed a while ago but people with small monitor sizes and more specifically low res seem to still be having a problem. (like me). It comes from the tier 11 equip having such a long name. I'll make sure stabby is aware of this.

Also forgot to note THIS in today's update (although it wasn't much of a fix). Yes, this does break when the text is too long, although it's an intentional break. Because of the need for horizontal scrolling, I added a change a few tiers back to not apply the fancy scrollbar if it would be too long, since it would overflow.
That said, this is a pretty terrible solution. I think the best solution might be a fixed max length on the name column. Perhaps the name can be appended with an ellipsis that shows the full name when you hover over it. This is a pretty terrible solution for mobile obviously, but i'm not sure what the other options might be, since that is a pretty space-constrained area. I'm open to other suggestions.

I've added some changes that will be pushed in the next deployment. They may offset this issue for 99% of cases. If this still remains an issue after that deployment, I'll look for another solution.
